Kahlil Gibran My husband, Dan, penned this quote in a letter to me and our two young children on Christmas, 25 December 1969 while serving as a 2nd lieutenant in the Air Force in Taiwan during the Viet Nam War, then added a bit of his own wisdom: ". . .
